PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that: We, Tesco Stores Limited, have made an application to the Licensing Authority at Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of the premises which will be known as Tesco Express, located at Land adjacent the North side of Hounsome Fields Roundabout fronting linseed Way and Winchester Road (A30), Dimmer, Basingstoke, RG23 7GJ, OS Map Survey Reference: SU 59388 48008 The location and extend of the premises can be viewed on the layout plan enclosed with the application,

The proposed relevant licensable activities to be carried on from the premises are:

- The provision of late-night refreshment (indoors) on the following days: Monday-Sunday, 23:00-00:00

- The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises on the following days, Monday-Sunday, 06:00-00:00

Any responsible authority or interested party may make representations in respect of this application. Representations shall be made in writing to, Head of Environmental Services, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG2I 4AH or by email, licensing@basingstoke.gov.uk, The last date by which an interested party or responsible authority may make representations to the licensing authority is 28/08/2023.

It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with this application , Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
