APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE - (Section 17)
Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has applied to Gateshead Metropolitan Borough Council on 8 August 2023 for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of B&M Store, (Former B&M & Poundland), Unit 8 & 8A Retail World, Tyne and Wear, Gateshead NE11 0BD to allow off sales of alcohol and opening hours from 07:00 to 23:00 7 days a week.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section, Gateshead Council, Civic Centre, Gateshead NE8 1HH or via email to licensing@gateshead.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 5 September 2023. The Application Record and Register may be viewed by emailing licensing@gateshead.gov.uk or telephoning 01914334741.
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
