NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A
PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Faye Smith has applied for a
premises licence to Northumberland County Council in
relation to Gordon’s Café & Bistro, 42 Bowes Street,
Blyth, Northumberland, NE24 1BE to permit the provision
of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of
alcohol for consumption On the premises Monday to
Sunday 9:00hrs – 23:00hrs. The licensing register and
details of this application may be inspected during normal
office hours at the below address or online at
https://www.northumberland.gov.uk/Business/Licences/
Alcohol-entertainment.aspx. Any interested party or
responsible authority may make representations in writing
to, Licensing Section, Northumberland County Council,
West Hartford Fire Station, Cramlington NE23 3JP or by
email: licensing01@northumberland.gov.uk. Such written
representation must be received by 28/08/2023 clearly
stating the grounds upon which the representation is made
in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application. The maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction
for the offence is unlimited.
