What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 ADVERTISMENT FOR A PREMISES LICENCE TO BE GRANTED NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT AHMET CAFER of SEA CHEF, 22 THE BROADWAY, POTTERS BAR, LONDON EN6 2HT HAS APPLIED TO THE LICENSING DEPARTMENT FOR A PREMISES LICENCE PERMITTING THE FOLLOWING LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES: THE SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL ON AND OFF THE PREMISES FROM 11:30 AM TO 23:00 FROM MONDAY TO SUNDAY.

Anyone wishing to submit a representation for or against this application must give notice either in writing to The licensing Officer, Hertsmere Borough Council Civic Offices, Elstree Way,  Borehamwood, WD6 1WA or via email at licensing.services@hertsmere.gov.uk before or by 29/08/2023. Records of application may be inspected by appointment only and are kept by the licensing officer at the address above.

IT IS AN OFFENCE KNOWINGLY OR RECKLESSLY TO MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH AN APPLICATION. TO DO SO COULD RESULT IN PROSECUTION AND A FINE NOT EXCEEDING LEVEL 5 ON THE STANDARD SCALE.
