Public Notice of Application For Variation of a Premises Licence

Application has today been made to the council for the above licence by: Name of Applicant: Robert Copley & Heather Copley, Address of Premises: Farmer Copleys, Ravensknowle Farm, Pontefract Road, Pontefract, WF7 5AF.
Last Date for Representations: 01/09/2023. Reason for Variation: Live music/recorded music/dance(indoors and outdoors)/anything similar to music or dance (outdoors) in all areas – Monday to Sunday 10:00hrs to 00:00hrs. Late night refreshment (indoors and outdoors) – Monday to Sunday 23:00hrs to 00:00hrs in all areas. Supply of alcohol (for consumption on and off the premises) in all areas Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 00:00. To amend the plan to increase the licensed area. To remove Condition 7, Annex 2 which reads “No more than five outdoor marquee events shall take place in a twelve month period.”.

Persons wishing to inspect the application may do so between the hours of 10.00 – 15.00 Monday to Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
