Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Zizzi Restaurants Limited has applied to Medway Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of
Premises to be known as Zizzi, Unit GU03, Chatham Maritime, Chatham, ME4 4LL.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Supply of Alcohol (On and off premises) 11:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday; Late Night Refreshment (Indoor and Outdoor) 23:00 to 00:30 Monday to Sunday; Recorded Music (Indoor) and Opening Hours from 11:00 to 00:30 Monday to Sunday; New Year’s Eve - from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day for all activities and opening hours.
Any representations reg- arding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing to Gravesham and Medway Shared Licensing Service, Civic Centre, Windmill Street, Gravesend, Kent DA12 1AU or by sending an email to licensing@gravesham.gov.uk no later than 28th August 2023.The register of Medway Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.gravesham.gov.uk
