APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

If GRANTED the application will allow: Sales of Alcohol Off the Premises Monday - Sunday 07:00 - 23:00

If you wish to make a representation against the above application, please note the following: The representation must be received by the Licensing Authority by not later than Midnight 21st August 2023. The representation must be in writing. You can send a representation by email but this must be followed up by a signed hard copy in writing. We cannot accept anonymous representations.

Please note that it is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount). PMB Licensing
