NOTICE I GIVEN THAT an application has been made to Merthur Tydfil County Borough Council for a NEW PREMISES LICENCE by Heolgerrig & District Recreation, Social & Culture Club & Institute Ltd in respect of the premises shown below: Penyrheol House, Heolerrig, Merthur Tydfil CF48 1RP.
Details of the application are for the provision of the following:
Supply of Alcohol ON and OFF the premises
Monday to Thursday - 5pm to midnight
Friday and Saturday - 1pm to midnight
Sunday - 12pm to 11.30pm
Opening Hours
Monday to Thursday 5pm to 12.30am
Friday and Saturday - 1pm to 12.30am
Sunday - 12pm to 11.30pm
Indoor Sporting Events
Monday to Thursday - 5pm to 10.30pm
Friday and Saturday - 1pm to midnight
Sunday - 1pm to 11.30pm
Live Music (Indoors Only)
Monday to Thursday 5pm to 10.30pm
Friday to Sunday - 5pm to 11.30pm
Recorded Music (Indoors Only)
Monday - 5pm to 10.30pm
Wednesday to Friday - 5pm to 11.00pm
Saturday and Sunday - 1pm to 11.00pm
Details of the application may be inspected between the hours of 9.30am and 4.00pm from Monday to Friday inclusive at the offices of the Licensing Section, Merthyr Tydfil C.B.C., Civic Centre, Castle Street, Merthyr Tydfil CV47 8AN.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in respect of the application, which must e provided, in writing, to the above address by the 15th August 2023.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
