Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Roxy Leisure Limited has applied to Nottingham City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Roxy Lanes, The Pod, 12 Bottle Lane,Nottingham, NG1 2HL.The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision for regulated entertainment (to include films, indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music and performances of dance) and the sale of alcohol on the premises Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 01:00 the following morning. The provision for Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 01:00 the following morning. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 01:30 the following morning. The Licensing Register, and full details of this application and proposed variation can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Tamar Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham NG2 3AH between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm and Monday to Friday by prior appointment. Interested parties or respon- sible authorities can make representations in writing to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 29 August 2023.
