NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that N.Castle Ltd has applied to the Gateshead Council on 31st July 2023 for the grant of a premises licence for Bella (formerly River Beat), Pipewellgate Houe, Pipewellgate, Gateshead, NE8 2BJ which is to trade as a bar and restaurant. The application is as follows: (1) The supply of alcohol (on/off) to 11:00 to 23:00 Every Day; (2) Opening Hours 11:00 to 23:30 Every Day; (3) Late Night refreshment 23:00 to 23:30 Every Day; and (4) An extension of hours for New Years Eve into New Years Day.
Conditions and a detailed operating schedule, explaining the style of operation, accompany the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 28th August 2023, stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Authority, Economy, Innovation and Growth, Gateshead Council, Civic Centre, Regent Street, Gateshead, NE8 1HH or by email licensing@gateshead.gov.uk. Current applications’ can be found on the council’s website: www.gateshead.gov.uk.
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above.
The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
