What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Jet Black Mcr Limited has applied to Manchester City Council to vary the premises licence for TAG (Formerly Cirque), Basement, St Johns House, 2 Queen Street, Manchester M2 5JB as follows: 
1) To replace the operating schedule with the one attached to this application (as agreed both with GMP and LOOH). 
2) Vary the hours for the sale of alcohol until 0530 daily (from 0500 currently). 
3) Vary the hours for regulated entertainment until 0600 to coincide with the closing times (the closing times aren’t changing). 
4) Vary the layout in accordance with the attached plan. 
5) Bring forward the opening hours so the premises can open at 1200 daily (from 2200 daily). 

Full details of the application may be inspected by appointment only by contacting Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 28th August 2023. 

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
