LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE is hereby given that I/we, (Uwagbale Toby Esebamen) applied on (25/07/2023) for a Full Variation to a Premises Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: Teasers Restaurant (164a Barton Road, Stretford, M32 8DP) under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide:
(Provision of Late Night refreshment from 23:00 to 3am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to:

Any representations must be submitted no later than 28 days from the date the application was accepted.

A representation may also be made to the Licensing Section at the following email address: licensing@trafford. gov.uk

A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, at Trafford Council, and is available via email upon request during the 28 day consultation period.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
