Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence
Mr F Ibrahem has applied to Ashfield District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence, in respect of the following establishment: Top Drinks, 61 High Street, Hucknall, NG15 7AW. Which would authorise the following licensable activities: Supply of Alcohol, Monday- Thursday 10:00-23:00, Friday -Saturday 10:00- 00:00, Sunday 10:00-20:00.
Representations may be made regarding the proposed application either in writing to The Licensing Authority, Council Offices, Urban Road, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, NG17 8DA or by email to: licensing@ashfield.gov.uk by no later than: 10/08/2023. The record of this application can be viewed during standard office hours by an appointment with the Licensing Authority at the Council Offices, Urban Road, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, NG17 8DA. It is n offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for that offence shall not exceed level 5 on the standard scale (£5000.00).
