Notice of application for a Premises Licence
Premises: Corner Lounge, 627-629 Liverpool Road, Irlam, M44 5BE. Notice is given that Corner Lounge (Irlam) Limited has applied to The City of Salford for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The Licensable activities are: Sale Of Alcohol On & Off The Premises Sunday-Thursday 12.00-23.00, Friday & Saturday 12.00-00.00; Regulated Entertainment Recorded & Live Acoustic Friday & Saturday 12.00-00.30, Sunday-Thursday 12.00-23.30; Seasonal Variations.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Principal Licensing Officer, Salford City Council, Regulatory Services, Place, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Salford M27 5AW or via email to: licensing@salford.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 16/08/2023. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in connection with this application. Those who make such a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
