What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice of application by Stanstead Abbotts & St. Margaret’s Village Club to Grant a Club Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003 to carry on the following additional licensable activities:
Live music indoors
Recorded music indoors and outdoors
Performances of dance indoors
The supply of alcohol by or on behalf of a club
The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on the premises

At Stanstead Abbotts & St. Margaret’s Village Club (SAVC), Rear of 4-6 High Street, Stanstead Abbotts, Ware, Hertfordshire SG12 8AB.

The application may be inspected at East Herts District Council Offices, Wallfields, Pegs Lane, Hertford, SG13 8EQ between 09:00 and 17:00 on weekdays.

Interested parties or responsible authorities may make representations in writing to East Herts Council by 18th August 2023.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction for the offence a person is liable to a maximum fine of £5000.
