APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Suraj Chopra has applied to Reigate & Banstead BC on 19th July 2023 for the grant of a premises licence to use 85 Bell Street, Reigate, Surrey, RH2 7AN for the following licensed activities:
Exhibition of films: Sunday– Thursday 19:00 – 00:30hrs and Friday–Saturday 08:00–02:00hrs
Regulated entertainment: live and recorded music, performances of dance, and anything similar to live/recorded music/dance: Sunday– Thursday 19:00 – 00:30hrs and Friday–Saturday 19:00–01:30hrs
Late night refreshment: Sunday– Thursday 23:00 – 01:00hrs and Friday–Saturday 23:00 – 02:00hrs
Sale of alcohol (on and off the premises): Sunday–Thursday 08:00 – 01:00hrs and Friday–Saturday 23:00 – 02:00hrs
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Department, Reigate & Banstead BC, Town Hall, Castlefield Road, Reigate, RH2 0SH. The application can be viewed by appointment Monday - Friday 10.00 am to 4.00 pm, except bank holidays.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing, Reigate & Banstead BC, Town Hall, Castlefield Road, Reigate, RH2 0SH, giving in detail the grounds of objection. Representations must be received on or by 16th August 2023.
The licensing authority will have regard to any such representation when considering the application.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
