NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
PREMISES: Fireaway, 25 The Parade, Staines Road West, Sunbury-On-Thames, TW16 7AB.
Notice is given that Fireaway Sunbury-On-Thames Ltd has applied to Spelthorne Borough Council Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
THE LICENSING ACTIVITIES ARE: LATE NIGHT REFRESHMENT, Monday to Sunday: 23:00 to 05:00.
A copy of the application may be inspected at Spelthorne Borough Council, Licensing Section, Knowle Green, Staines, TW18 1XB during office hours or on the website at https://www.spelthorne.gov.uk/article/17927/Premise- Licences.
If you wish to object to this application, you must do so in writing to the Licensing Section at the Council Offices or by e-mail to environmental.health.commercial@spelthorne.gov.uk.
Representation must be made no later than 17th August 2023.
The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
