What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Shkelzen Berisha has applied for a premises licence in relation to The Brew Cafe, 891 Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, BH7 6AU to permit the provision of the following licensable activities:

Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises Monday to Thursday 12:00hrs to 17:00hrs Friday to Sunday 12:00hrs to 22:00hrs.

Representations by any person or a responsible authority regarding this application can be made in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Such written representation must be received by 10/08/2023 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection which an application.The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
