Rushmoor Arena - Application For A Premises Licence
What is proposed?
PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
An application for a premises licence has been made by Debbre Events Ltd for a one day event at Rushmoor Arena, Aldershot.
The application seeks the following activities on the 2nd September 2023;
The retail sale of alcohol - 12:00pm to 21:30pm;
The provision of regulated entertainment by way of live and recorded music - 12:00pm to 22:00pm.
A record of the application on the licensing register may be inspected at the offices of the licensing authority c/o Rushmoor Borough Council, Council Offices, Farnborough Road, Farnborough GU14 7JU; telephone: 01252 398855, website: www.rushmoor.gov.uk.
Responsible authorities and other interested parties may make representations about the application to the licensing authority no later than 17th August 2023.
All representations must be made in writing. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
