What is proposed?

Premises Licence

ROCHDALE RUGBY UNION FOOTBALL CLUB is applying for the Variation of a Premises Licence for The Clubhouse, Moorgate Avenue, Off Bury Road, Bamford, Rochdale OL11 5LU
The Licence variation, if granted, is to allow the following activities to take place: Sale of alcohol on the premises.
The Variation seeks permission within already permitted licensed hours to sell licensed products from the club under-balcony (next to the clubhouse).
The Variation if granted, will allow products to be dispensed in non-breakable containers (e.g., aluminium cans) and/or polycarbonate safety ‘glasses’.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing (official forms must be used and are available from the following address or the Rochdale Council website) to: The Licensing Manager at The Licensing Unit, Floor 3, Number One Riverside, Smith Street, Rochdale, OL16 1XU. Representations may be made during 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice.

A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by: The Licensing Unit, Floor 3, Number One Riverside, Smith Street, Rochdale, OL16 1XU.

The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9 -11am or 2 - 4pm, except bank holidays.

It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly, to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable, on summary conviction, for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
