NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL OF A SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE

WE (full name): Hampshire Restaurants Limited of (home address/registered office) Bottom Cottage, Owslebury Bottom, Winchester, SO21 1LY HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that we made application on 13th July 2023 to Southampton City Council for the renewal of a licence for a SEXUAL ENTERTAINMENT VENUE as defined in Schedule 3 to the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, at (full postal address) For Your Eyes Only, 135-136 High Street, Southampton, SO14 2BR A summary of the application is as follows: Renewal of existing licence FURTHER DETAILS: A copy of the application may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY, during normal office hours or on the council's web site at www.southampton.gov.uk/sexest. OBJECTIONS: Any objection to the application must be made in writing, stating in general terms the grounds on which the objection is made, so as to arrive no later than 28 days after the date of this Notice, to: (by post) The Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton SO18 9LA (in person) The Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY An objector's name and address will not be revealed to the applicant by the council without the objector's prior consent.
