Full Variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Barworks Pub Group Limited has applied to the City of Westminster on 23/06/2023 to vary the premises licence for Starman, 15-17 Heddon Street, London, W1B 4BF. This is a variation application to amend Condition 23 to the following:- “23. The premises licence holder will risk assess at all times the need to employ SIA door supervisors and the number of SIA door supervisors but will in any event employ a minimum of 2 SIA door supervisors on Friday and Saturday. At all other times the number of SIA on duty shall be risk assessed.”

Further to delete conditions 14, 15, 48, 49, and 50 as the works conditions have been removed.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 21st July 2023 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register.

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is of any amount.
