Notice Of Application For Club Premises Certificate

Waddesdon Cricket Club has applied to Buckinghamshire Council to provide the following qualifying club activities:
 Sale of alcohol on the premises,
 Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises,
 Provision of regulated entertainment,
 Provision of live music.
(Activities to take place Monday – Saturday 12:00 hrs to 23:59 hrs and Sunday 12:00 Hrs – 23:00 Hrs) at Waddesdon Cricket Pavilion, Silk Street, Waddesdon, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP18 0JH. If you wish to make a representation in respect of this application, you must e-mail licensing@buckinghamshire.gov.uk or write to Licensing Section, Buckinghamshire Council, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19 8FF by 20th July 2023.
It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale [unlimited], under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
