What is proposed?

Notice Of Application For Club Premises Certificate

Waddesdon Cricket Club has applied to Buckinghamshire Council to provide the following qualifying club activities:
 Sale of alcohol on the premises,
 Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises,
 Provision of regulated entertainment,
 Provision of live music.
(Activities to take place Monday – Saturday 12:00 hrs to 23:59 hrs and Sunday 12:00 Hrs – 23:00 Hrs) at Waddesdon Cricket Pavilion, Silk Street, Waddesdon, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP18 0JH. If you wish to make a representation in respect of this application, you must e-mail or write to Licensing Section, Buckinghamshire Council, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19 8FF by 20th July 2023.
It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale [unlimited], under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Full details of this application and the proposed activities may be viewed during normal office hours at the Council Offices of Buckinghamshire Council, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19 8FF or at the Buckinghamshire Council website.
