Notice is hereby given that QMK Liverpool Street Limited has applied to London Borough ofTower Hamlets for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Point A Hotel Liverpool Street, 13 - 15 Folgate Street, London, E1 6BX. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Sale of alcohol (on the premise only) Monday - Thursday 11am to 11pm; Friday & Saturday 11am to midnight; and Sunday 11 am to 10.30pm. (TO HOTEL RESIDENTS AND GUESTS ONLY); Recorded Music (indoors only) Monday - Thursday 11am to 11pm; Friday & Saturday 11am to midnight; and Sunday 11am to 10.30pm; Opening Hours 00:00 - 00:00 Monday to Sunday (24 Hours). Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, Environmental Health & Trading Standards, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London, El 1BJ no later than 12th July 2023 stating the grounds for representation. The register of London Borough of Tower Hamlets and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.towerhamlets.gov.uk/ It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
