What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

Application has been made by David Lloyd Leisure Limited to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Enfield to vary the Premises Licence for the David Lloyd Enfield (Lawns Bar & Restaurant) at David Lloyd Club, 180 Carterhatch Lane, Enfield, EN1 4LF. The appli­cation includes the following terms:

I. To approve new layout plans and expand the size of the licensed areas principally to include the indoor spa and indoor bowls areas (for current licensable activities) and outdoor pool/terrace and spa garden areas (for the sale of alcohol only) as per the drawings deposited with the Licensing Authority.

2. To advance the commencement hour for sale of alcohol on Sundays to 10:00 (to match other days of the week).

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority to licensing@enfield.gov.uk at any time up to and including 13th July 2023.

Representations received by post will not be accepted. Representations must include your full name and address and relate to at least one of the licensing objectives. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
