PUBLIC NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003
APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Take notice that Fulwood Amateur AFC has applied
to Preston City Council, under the Licensing Act
2003, for a premises licence at their clubhouse at
Lightfoot Green Lane, Preston, PR4 0AP.
The applicant proposes to provide the retail sale of
alcohol for consumption both on and off the
premises between the hours of 1000 and 2300
every day. The proposed opening hours are 1000
to 2330 every day.
The place where the record of the application may
be inspected and where the register of the Licensing
Authority is kept is Preston City Council, Town Hall,
Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL. The record of
the application may be inspected between 1000
and 1400 hours Monday to Friday.
Any person or responsible authority may make
representation in writing to Preston City Council,
Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL no
later than 10 July 2023.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with this application.
A person guilty of such an offence is liable on
summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
