APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that on June 14th 2023 an application was made to HASTINGS BOROUGH COUNCIL by David George Ormerod of 8 Albany Court, Robertson Terrace, Hastings, East Sussex TN34 1JH
Secretary Dane Martin, Registered Office Deeks Evans, 36 Cambridge Road, Hastings, East Sussex TN34 1DU
Hastings United Football Club, The Pilot Field, Elphinstone Road, Hastings, East Sussex TN34 2AX to vary a premises licence for the premises known as Hastings United Football Club in the following respects. To increase the licensable area to enable the Club to serve alcoholic drinks in the new hospitality box, to enable the Clubs Boardroom to be used for private functions and to use part of the Club Shop as an additional point of sales for alcoholic drinks on match days.
Any person wishing to make representations about this application for variation, should write to the Head of Environment & Place, Muriel Matters House, Breeds Place, Hastings, TN34 3UY; www.hastings.gov.uk within twenty eight consecutive days of the application date shown above.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application & the maximum fine is £5000 for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
