What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for
the variation of a Premises Licence

Tim Kenny is applying for the variation of a
Premises Licence for Papas, 28 Foxhall Road
Blackpool FY1 5AD. The application is to: Extend
the hours relating to the sale of alcohol and apply
for Regulated Entertainment on Sunday to
Thursday from 10.30hrs-00.00hrs and Fri, Sat and
Bank Holidays from 10.30hrs till 01.00. Removal of
two of the conditions has also been requested. Any
person wishing to make representations in relation
to this application must do so in writing, including
their address & telephone number by no later than
the 13th of July 2023 to Licensing Service,
Blackpool Council, Municipal Buildings, PO Box 4,
Blackpool, FY1 1NA. Tel. 01253 478572. Email
licensing.la2003@blackpool.gov.uk. It is an offence
knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement
in connection with an application, a person doing so
may be liable to a fine on conviction of up to £5,000.
