What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Crescent Moon Limited has
applied to Cherwell District Council for the grant of a
Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as The
Beers of America, 13 Overfield, Thorpe Way, Banbury,
OX16 4XR. The proposed licensable activities and their
hours are: 1. The sale of alcohol for consumption on and
off the premises between 12:00 and 22:00 Mondays to
Saturdays and 12:00 and 21:00 on Sunday. 2. Opening
hours of 12:00 to 22:30 Mondays to Saturdays and 12:00
and 17:30 on Sundays. Any representations regarding the
above-mentioned application must be received in writing
by Licensing Team, Cherwell District Council, Bodicote
House, Bodicote, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX15 4AA or
licensing@cherwell-dc.gov.uk no later than 13th July 2023
stating the grounds for representation. The register of
Cherwell District Council and the record of the application
may be inspected at the address of the council, given above,
during normal business hours or on the council’s website –
www.cherwell-dc.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
