the Licensing Authority to vary the premises licence for the
above premises as follows:To extend the sale of alcohol to
between the hours of 0600 and 2200 daily for consumption
off the premises. Any person or responsible authority (as
defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make
representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 14
July 2023. Any representations made to the Licensing
Authority must be in writing to the above address or by
email to entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application and the
maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary
conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
