An application has been made by Kemp Town Catering Company Limited to Horsham District Council as the Licensing Authority seeking a new premises licence for Storrington Fish Company, 6 Havant House, Mill Lane, Storrington, West Sussex, RH20 4PP. The application seeks the following:
1. Sell and supply of alcohol by retail for consumption on and off the premises, – Monday to Sunday: 12:00 till 21:00.
2. Premises open to the public, – Monday to Sunday: 12:00 till 21:00.
The application can be viewed online at Horsham District Council’s website or by contacting the Alcohol Licensing Officer at Licensing Department, Parkside, Chart Way, Horsham or via email, licensing@horsham.gov.uk. Interested parties or responsible authorities can make representations at any time between the 13 June 2023 and the 12 July 2023. All representations must be in writing (including email or fax) addressed to the Alcohol Licensing Officer at Horsham District Council. It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.00.
