What is proposed?

Notice of application for a Premises Licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

We, McCarthy & Stone Limited, have applied to North Northamptonshire Council for the grant of a new Premises Licence in Respect of the premises known as Townsend Court (Retirement Living), High Street South, Rushden, Northamptonshire NN10 0FR. It is proposed to licence these premises for the sale of alcohol on the premises for homeowners and their invited guests only 1100 hours to 2300 hours Monday to Sunday and 1100 hours and 0100 hours on New Year’s Eve.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is not exceeding £5,000.
