Jungle Nightclub Ltd. Does hereby give notice that on 8th June 2023 served application on the
Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council and the relevant authorities for a variation to the Premises Licence at: Jungle Nightclub 31 Chatsworth Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1LY. The licence authorises the following:
● Alcohol sales for consumption on the premises, late night refreshment and regulated entertainment. The application seeks to vary the existing licence to amend the hours for licensable activity to:
● Alcohol Sales - 19:00 to 02:00 (of the following morning) Monday to Wednesday, 19:00 to 03:20 on Thursday, 19:00 to 04:00 on Friday & 19:00 to 04:30 on Saturday
● Opening to the public - 19:00 to 02:00 (of the following morning) Monday to Wednesday, 19:00 to 03:20 on Thursday, 19:00 to 04:00 on Friday & 19:00 to 04:30 on Saturday
● Recorded Music & Live Music - 19:00 to 02:00 (of the following morning) Monday to Wednesday, 19:00 to 03:20 on Thursday,
19:00 to 04:00 on Friday & 19:00 to 04:30 on Saturday.
Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and send to : The Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing Councils Worthing Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing, BN11 1HA Or email:

Representations must reach the Licensing Unit no later than: 6th July 2023
