Application for a variation of a premises licence
To whom it may concern: Farmer Copleys farm Shop Limited hereby give notice that we have applied to the licensing authority at Wakefield Council for the variation of our: Premises licence At: Wakefield Council, Licensing Department, Wakefield One, PO Box 700, Burton Street, Wakefield, WF1 2EB The variation of the application is to:
To be able to move the Marquee around the Farm.
To lift restrictions of 5 marquee events per year.
To be able to play live music between 11:00pm and Midnight.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, no later than 28 days after the date of this notice (as below) or email licensingoffice@wakefield.gov.uk. Representations received after this date will not
be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the licensing authority’s address during normal
office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
