What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE
LICENSING ACT 2003

To whom it may concern, I Michael James Hills do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority Horsham District Council for the grant of a premises licence at Swains Farm Shop, Brighton Road, Woodmancote, Henfield, BN5 9RP.

The licensable activities will be: the sale of alcohol on and off-site. The hours of trade are 0800-2200 Monday to Saturday and 0900-1600 on Sunday.

Any person(s) wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to the
Licensing Team, Horsham District Council, Parkside, Chart Way, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 1RL or by email at liensing@horsham.gov.uk not later than 28 days after the date of this notice (as below).

Representation received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the Application can be viewed at the Civic Offices during normal working hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make false statements in connection with this application, the maximum fine of summary conviction being £5,000.
