NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES
LICENCE/ CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

Premises: Dusk, 37 Leeming Street, Mansfield,
Nottinghamshire NG18 1NB.
Notice is given that After Dark Mansfield Ltd has
applied to Mansfield District Council Licensing
Authority to vary a Premises Licence under the
Licensing Act 2003. The proposed variation is:
To increase Licensable activity hours and to
add Late Night Refreshment:
Provision of Live Music
Friday – Saturday 09:00 – 05:00
Provision of Recorded Music
Friday – Saturday 09:00 – 05:00
Provision of Performance of Dance
Friday – Saturday 09:00 – 05:00
Sale of Alcohol by Retail
Friday – Saturday 09:00 – 05:00
To Add Provision of Late Night Refreshment to
the Premises Licence:
Sunday – Wednesday 23:00 – 02:00
Thursday 23:00 – 03:00
Friday – Saturday 23:00 – 05:00
To increase the opening times
Friday – Saturday 09:00 – 05:30
Anyone who wishes to make representations
regarding this application must give notice in writing
to: The Licensing Manager, Mansfield District
Council, Civic Centre, Chesterfield Road South,
Mansfield, Nottinghamshire NG19 7BH.
Representations must be received no later than
12th July 2023. The Application Record and
Register may be viewed during normal office hours
at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application and the
maximum fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5
on the standard scale.
