An application for a New Premises Licence has been made by Valerie Turner / Anne-Marie Turner for the premises known as / situated at Sadies, Unit 12 Holmes House Avenue, Winstanley, Wigan, WN3 6JA. The application seeks to: The Sale by Retail of Alcohol, between the hours of 12:00 and 21:30 Monday to Sunday inclusive. The playing of recorded music, between the hours of 08:00 and 22:00 hours Monday to Sunday inclusive.
The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
