NOTIFICATION OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Shepherd Neame Ltd of 17 Court Street, Faversham, Kent, ME13 7AX have applied to the Licensing Authority at Canterbury City Council to vary the Premises Licence for The Grove Ferry Inn, Grove Ferry Road, Wickhambreaux, Canterbury, CT3 4BP as follows: To include the garden and outdoor areas (including an outdoor servery) into the licensed area. Outdoor areas to close by 11pm. All other hours and activities to remain as existing.

Details of the application may be inspected by appointment at Canterbury City Council, Military Road, Canterbury, CT1
1YW.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in respect of the application, which must be submitted, in writing, to Licensing Services at Canterbury City Council, Military Road, Canterbury, CT1 1YW. This notice remains in force for 28 consecutive days; the last date for objections is 19th July 2023. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
