LICENSING ACT 2003: New Grant Premises Licence

Notice is given that Fremont Developments Limited applied to Bath & North East Somerset Council on 13 June 2023 for the new grant of a (shadow) premises licence to use the premises known as The Earl, 8-10 Manvers Street, Bath, BA1 1JQ for the provision of:

(1) recorded music Mon -Fri 17:00 to 01.30, Sat 12:00 to 01.30, Sunday 12:00 to 22.30 (2) retail sale of alcohol: Mon -Sat 12:00 to 01.30, Sunday 12:00 to 22.30 and (3) on such other terms and conditions as set out in the application papers.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 11 July 2023. Notification of the application made to the Licensing Authority is available on a register at: www.bathnes.gov.uk/licensing-register.

All representations regarding this application must be in writing and sent to: Bath & North East Somerset Council Licensing Services Lewis House Manvers Street Bath BA1 1JG or emailed to licensing@bathnes.gov.uk.

Any representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003.

A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
