What is proposed?

Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence made under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Please take notice that I / we Lant Street Wine Company Ltd have made application to Southwark Council to vary the Premises Licence in respect of Lant Street Wines, 59-61 Lant Street, London, SE1 1QN
The proposed variation is as follows: 1. To increase the Licensed Capacity to 120 persons, 2. To remove Conditions 125 & 127b.

The retail sale of alcohol: No change to hours already permitted
The provision of regulated entertainment: No change to hours already permitted 
The provision of late night refreshment: None 
Opening hours: No change to hours already permitted

It is open to any interested party to make representations about the likely effect of the application on the promotion of the licensing objectives. Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Service at the office address given above (or by email via licensing@southwark.gov.uk) and be received by the Service within a period of 28 days starting the day after the date shown below.
Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
