Notice of Application for a
Variation To a Premises licence
I Butadi Lutumba hereby give notice
that an application was made to the
London Borough of Southwark on the
7th June 2023 for the Variation of a
Premises Licence to operate a
premises at: Taste of Congo, 6t4 Old
Kent Road, London, SE1S 1JB from
which the following variation of
licensable activities are proposed. The
Sale of Alcohol by Retail, for
consumption on and off the premises
from 16:00 to 03:00 Monday to Sunday,
and Late Night Refreshment from
23:00 to 03:00 Monday to Sunday.

inspected, free of charge, at London
Borough of Southwark Regulatory
Services Licensing Team, Hub 1, 3rd

line at www.southwark.gov.uk
Any interested party or Responsible
Authority may make representations
in writing to the Licensing Section
within 28 Consecutive Days of the day
of application was made as detailed
above. The last day for representations
being the 0510712023
It is an offence to knowingly or
recklessly make a false statement in
connection with an application and a
person may be liable on summary
conviction of an unlimited fine.
