LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

SAGHI LIMITED Has applied for a PREMISES LICENCE for Unit M026, Safestorage, Jordan Street, Liverpool, L1 0BG . For the following licensable activities 1. Provision of sale of alcohol OFF THE PREMISES ONLY on Monday to Sunday from 08.00 to 23.00 hours.

Representation can also be made by post to - Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. Representations must be received no later than the 30 June 2023. 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction. Dated 30 May 2023
