St Issey - Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

We R SYMONS ENTERPRISES LLP give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for (2) the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of (3) Barn at Tregonce, St Issey, Wadebridge, Cornwall PL31 2FR.
The application is to: (4) Permit the playing of live music on the premises Monday to Sunday between the hours of 12:00 to 23:00. Permit the playing of recorded music on the premises Monday to Sunday between the hours of 12:00 to 23:00. Permit the Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on the premises Monday to Sunday between the hours of 10:00 to 23:30.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to (5 Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Chy Trevail, Beacon Technology Park, Bodmin PL31 2FR or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than (6) 27.06.2023.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
