What is proposed?
Licensing Act 2003
Notice of application on 26 May 2023 to East Riding of
Yorkshire Council for the variation of a Premises Licence
by Shell UK Oil Products Limited for Shell Coastways,
York Road, Shiptonthorpe, YO43 3PN to update the
internal layout plan attached to the licence and to remove
all conditions under annex 2 and replace them with updated
conditions proportionate with the operating policies of the
new premises licence holder. Any representations in respect
of the application in writing to Licensing Authority at East
Riding of Yorkshire Council, Cross Street, Beverley, HU17
9BA or to licensing@eastriding.gov.uk by 23 June 2023.
A record of the application can be inspected at the Licensing
Authority, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Public Pro-
tection Department, County Hall, Beverley, East Riding of
Yorkshire, HU17 9BA between 9.00am and 5.00pm
Monday to Thursday (4.30pm on Fridays) except public
holidays or via: http://www2.eastriding.gov.uk/business/
licences-and-registrations/public-registers/alcohol-
entertainment-and-food/. It is an offence to make a false
statement in connection with an application punishable with
an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
