Sale of Alcohol (Both), Live and Recorded Music and
Anything of a Similar Description (Indoors) – Sunday to
Thursday 11:00 until 23:00, Friday to Saturday 11:00 until
00:00; Late Night Refreshments (Indoors) – Friday and
Saturday 23:00 until 00:00; Opening Hours – Sunday to
Thursday 11:00 until 23:30, Friday to Saturday 11:00 until

conditions. A copy of the Application can be inspected at
the offices of Chorley Borough Council Licensing
Authority, Chorley Council, PO Box 13, Chorley, PR7 1AR
www.chorley.gov.uk between normal office hours.This
application was lodged with Chorley Borough Council
Licensing Authority on 31/05/2023 and any representations
must be made in writing to Chorley Borough Council
Licensing Authority at the above address no later than
28/06/2023.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003
to make a false statement in or in connection with this
application. Those who make a false statement may be
liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
