3 Fore Street - Variation To Premises Licence
What is proposed?
VARIATION TO PREMISES LICENCE

I Lee Tyrrell, do hereby give notice that on 23rd May 2023 Iapplied to the Licensing Authority at South Hams DistrictCouncil to vary the Premises Licence at 3 Fore Street,Kingswear, TQ6 0AD known as Steam Packet Inn. The application is to: amend the premises licence plan toinclude an area on the Roof Terrace for the consumption ofalcohol and the Function Room for the sale andconsumption of alcohol along with Regulated entertainment.
Any person wishing to make representations to thisapplication may do so in writing to The LicensingDepartment, South Hams District Council, Follaton House,Plymouth Road, Totnes, TQ9 5NE or by email:licensing@swdevon.gov.uk . Representations must be received NO LATER than 20th June 2023.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the LicensingAuthority’s address by appointment during normal officehours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
