What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

Notice of application on 26 May 2023 to Monmouthshire County Council for the variation of a Premises Licence by Shell UK Oil Products Limited for Shell Overmonnow, Cinderhill Street, Monmouth, Monmouthshire, NP25 5EZ to update the internal layout plan attached to the licence and to remove all conditions under annex 2 and replace them with updated conditions proportionate with the operating policies of the new premises licence holder.

Any representations in respect of the application in writing to Licensing Section at Monmouthshire County Council, Abergavenny Youth and Community Centre, Old Hereford Road, Abergavenny, NP7 6EL; or to licensing@monmouthshire.gov.uk by 23 June 2023. A record of the application can be inspected at the Council offices (above) during office hours or via www.monmouthshire.gov.uk. It is an offence to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
