PUBLIC NOTICE

This is a Public Notice in respect of an application for a: GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE. Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Stoke-on-Trent City Council by: Sarthak Goel for Goels Bar 173 High street Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 5EA for a Variation of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Bar & Grill, Live Sports & Entertainment. If you are interested in this application, please e-mail hcp.licensing@stoke.gov.uk. 

If you do wish to make a representation to the City Council about this application you should do so in writing or e-mail on or before 21 June 2023 to: Licensing Service, C/O The Weighbridge Lodge, Cromer Road, Northwood, Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 6QN, email: hcp.licensing@stoke.gov.uk 

Any representation received will be available for public inspection under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act, 1985. 

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in the connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£ unlimited)
