NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE CERTIFICATE
TAKE NOTICE that We Watershed Workshops Ltd have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as The Watershed, 22 Bridge Street, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield HD7 5JN FOR Supply of Alcohol by or behalf of a club - 12pm-12am Performances of Dance, Live Music, Recorded Music, Regulated Entertainment - 10am-12am Films, Plays - 10am-11.30pm.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.
Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by 22/06/23 Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
