Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Urbanfirst Nottingham Limited in respect 11 Forman Street, Nottingham, NG1 4AA for a variation of premises licence.The proposed application is: To vary the hours for all licensable activities as follows: Extend the hours until 02:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.To change the layout of the premises.Add an additional condition. Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at Nottingham City Council, Commercial and Operations, Licensing, Central Police Station, Byron House, Maid Marion Way, Nottingham, NG1 6HS where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal office opening hours by prior appointment. Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding this application must be made in writing to the LicensingAuthority at the above address no later than 20 June 2023,stating the grounds for the representations.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
